Specialists of Car Light Design service, having analysed the statistics of treatment with problems of burnout of auto lamps in the central stop signal (CHMSL) in budget cars, where auto lamps of brands W3W, W5W, W16W, W21W, R10W are installed, have determined the regularity of frequent burnout of these auto lamps in car bodies - station wagon, hatchback.
This is primarily due to the technical features of the car. The central stop signal (CHMSL), in these bodies is located on the boot lid, as a result, when closing the boot lid, the bulb experiences every time shaking, which negatively affects the spiral of the bulb, reducing its life.
The way out of the situation, with burning out of these auto lamps, lay in the use of diode lamps, which correspond in type and size with the installed auto lamps by the car manufacturer.
But here there are some moments: the first is cost of diode auto lamps, in comparison with auto lamps established by the manufacturer in a budgetary complete set of the car. The second point is the visual manifestation of diode lamps in the installed stop signal (CHMSL), in the form of dots.
Having studied opinions of clients about how exactly they see visualisation of light, central stop signal (CHMSL) of their car, with the use of diode technologies, specialists of Car Light Design understood that there are car owners who do not particularly like multipoint formation of light of the central stop with diode auto lamps or diode tape.
