This service allows you to keep your headlamp in its original condition and in full working order. By completely disassembling the headlamp, the headlamp unit is separated from the glass, the headlamp unit is dried (condensation), the headlamp reflector is cleaned, the old sealant is removed and the headlamp is completely resealed with new sealant.
This procedure will help you keep your optics in working order for many years to come.
Repacking of the headlight will help to protect the automotive optics from further fogging, thanks to the repacking of the headlight it is possible to clean the chrome elements (reflector) from settled dust, dirt and condensation. When disassembling the headlights, our craftsmen carefully inspect the headlight and glass units for cracks or chips that may affect the tightness of automotive optics. If cracks are found on the headlight unit, they are repaired by soldering and filling. Our craftsmen always put new sealant into the headlight unit gutter to ensure maximum tightness of the car headlights. Restoring the tightness of the headlight will allow you to keep the automotive optics in the same factory appearance, without the need to buy a new or used headlight for the car.
