A car with a soul! A car that makes you pay attention -— a legend!
The owner of this car wanted to restore the light with additional headlight tuning. The main task of our team was to perform headlight tuning so that the car would look as strict as it did from the factory. We were very interested in this project because you don’t see such cars in good condition every day.

This is how the car's headlights were before the restoration and modernisation. The headlight glass is cloudy, chipped and scratched. The lenses in the Hella 3 Classic's low beam reflector are from Toureg donor optics.

The owner of the car brought us brand new Hella 3 Classic bi-xenon lenses for the D1S lamp with original ignition units and wiring for them. It was decided to install the new Hella lenses in the low beam reflector, with the bi-xenon lenses transferred to the high beam reflector. After the restoration and modernisation of the headlights on the BMW 7 e38, they have a new look that makes you pay even more attention. The bi-xenon lenses in the high beam work exclusively when switched on with the ‘low beam’ knob. The lens masks are painted in matte black, with elements of chrome on the decorative headlamp mask, emphasising the severity and aggressiveness of the BMW 7.

The headlight glass was subjected to a full cycle of grinding and polishing. All chips, scratches and turbidity of the headlight glasses were removed. After the stages of restoring the transparency of the headlight glasses, they were covered with SunTek polyurethane film.

The car's light before and after the upgrade. Please note that the bi-xenon lenses from the low beam have been moved to the high beam reflector, they are switched on only when switching to high beam! A new Hella 3.0 Classic bi-xenon lens with original Hella units and original wiring is installed in the low beam reflector!
