When you want to change the appearance of the optics
Sometimes everything works perfectly in your favourite car, but over time, a certain detail begins to annoy you. This is exactly what happened to the owner of an Audi A6 c7. He was tired of the standard orange colour of the reflector in the headlights, which stood out and disrupted the overall style of the front optics.
To remove this visual accent and make the headlights more discreet, the owner turned to our car lighting service to paint the headlights of his Audi A6 c7.

Initial condition of the Audi A6 c7 headlights
At the time of the request, the car's optics were in good technical condition, but had a standard orange reflector that did not fit into the overall design concept. According to the owner's idea, the silver colour was supposed to harmoniously continue the lower decorative panel of the headlight and make the appearance of the optics more complete.

Disassembly of headlights and preparation for painting
To carry out the work, the service specialists carefully unpacked the Audi A6 c7 headlights along the factory seam. This gave access to the internal elements of the optics and allowed the reflector to be safely dismantled for further processing. After removal, the reflector underwent a full cycle of preparation for painting — cleaning, degreasing, and surface preparation for high-quality application of the new coating.

Reflector painting and headlight assembly
After completing the preparatory work, the reflector colour was changed from orange to silver. After the painted element was completely dry, the headlight was assembled with a new sealed seam.
After the sealant had crystallised, the service specialists carried out test checks to ensure there were no prerequisites for fogging, in order to guarantee the tightness and reliability of the optics after the intervention.

Result: a renewed and restrained look for the headlights
After all the work was completed, the Audi A6 c7 headlights took on a completely different visual appearance. The silver reflector looks discreet, neat and logically complements the headlight design without unnecessary colour accents. This modification does not affect the lighting characteristics, but significantly changes the appearance of the optics and adds a sense of completeness and style to the car.
