In this condition, the car arrived at our Car Light Design service. The headlight glass was very cloudy and yellow, with deep scratches and chips. Such glass is restored by grinding and polishing the headlights. Grinding the headlights involves rough abrasive polishing, which removes a layer of cloudy varnish on the headlights, as well as all scratches and chips. Polishing restores the glossy and transparent appearance of the headlights.

After complete cycles of grinding and polishing, the car's headlights achieved this result. The next step was to cover the headlights with a polyurethane film to protect the headlight glasses from physical and chemical attack.
