Problem with headlight clouding
The owner of a Toyota Camry 40 contacted us with a complaint about yellowing and loss of transparency in the front optics. Like most modern cars, this model has plastic headlights made of polycarbonate, which over time becomes cloudy, yellow and loses its optical properties under the influence of ultraviolet rays, moisture, dust and chemicals from the road.

Solution and important clarification
To restore the light transmission of the headlights and return the comfort of night driving, it was decided to polish both headlights. As a result, the optics became transparent again, and the light beam became clear and focused.
In this case, the car owner decided not to apply additional headlight protection after polishing, such as SunTek polyurethane film or a lacquer coating. We fully respect this decision, but always warn customers that without protection, the headlights may lose their transparency again.
