Reason for visiting: heavy dusting and loss of light brightness
Lexus RX 430, which was regularly used on dirt roads, arrived at our auto lighting service. Dust and small particles had penetrated the headlight, forming a thick coating on the internal elements of the optics. The light output was noticeably weakened, and the outer glass became dull and scratched.

Opening and deep internal cleaning of headlights
For high-quality cleaning of the optics, the service specialists opened the headlights along the factory seam. This allowed them to fully access the internal parts — lenses, reflectors, housing and diffusers. All elements were washed and cleaned of dust, sediment and heavy contamination. After that, the headlights were repackaged with a new sealed seam using a reliable sealant. We waited for the crystallisation time and conducted a leak test to prevent condensation in the future.

Polishing the outside of the headlight and applying a protective film
After putting the optics back on the car, we sanded and polished the outside of the glass. This restored transparency, removed minor scratches, and brought back the factory shine. To protect the restored surface from UV rays, temperature changes and stones, we applied SunTek film. This significantly extends the life of the polish and keeps the optics in perfect condition even under difficult operating conditions.

Result: renewed optics and improved traffic safety
After completing all stages of restoration, the Lexus RX 430 headlights became transparent and fully functional again. The brightness of the light has increased significantly, the appearance of the car has been refreshed, and the protective film ensures long-term operation of the optics without repeated damage.
