The cause of the glare from oncoming traffic on this car was an incorrectly adjusted light level. The height of the light beam was 1.5 cm too high, which translates to a two-metre height difference on the road. This means that the owner of this car could have blinded drivers on the third floor at a distance of 30-40 metres.
We adjusted the car headlights in accordance with DSTU and EEC standards.
