The condition of the BMW 6-Series e63 optics before the start of work
A BMW 6-Series e63 with noticeably worn optics arrived at our car light service in Kyiv. The headlight glass had lost its transparency, there were signs of wear and clouding, and the standard ‘angel eyes’ were not working properly. All this had a negative impact on both the appearance of the car and the overall perception of the optics.

Renewal and stylish modification of BMW optics
When selecting new angel eyes, the BMW owner noticed the possibility of installing additional devil eyes. This modification allows you to emphasise the character of the car and make the optics more expressive.
After discussing the options, it was decided to install red ‘devil eyes’, which perfectly complement the design of the BMW 6-Series e63 and create a spectacular accent in the headlight.

Headlight disassembly and internal optics maintenance
After finalising the list of works and materials, the service specialists disassembled the BMW 6-Series e63 headlights. This allowed for internal preventive cleaning of the lenses, replacement of the ‘angel eyes’ and careful installation of the ‘devil eyes’ in the xenon module.

Headlight assembly and tightness check
After replacing the ‘angel eyes’ and installing the ‘devil eyes’, which lit up with a rich red light in the already cleaned module, the headlights were assembled with a new sealed seam.
We waited for the necessary technological time for the sealant to crystallise, after which we checked for the absence of prerequisites for the appearance of internal condensation. Only after making sure that the optics were completely sealed were the headlights reinstalled on the car for the next stage of work.

Headlight glass polishing and SunTek protective film
After installing the headlights in their original locations, we sanded the glass to remove the old varnish, which had yellowed in places and begun to peel off. Next, we polished the front surface to perfection using several types of polishing compounds. To preserve the result, SunTek polyurethane protective film was applied to the headlight glass. It reliably protects the headlights from stones, ultraviolet rays and other external influences during vehicle operation.

Result: updated optics with a bright accent
After completing all the agreed work on the prevention and modernisation of the BMW 6-Series e63 optics, the headlights completely changed their appearance. The car received not only renewed transparent glass, but also a spectacular combination of new ‘angel eyes’ and ‘devil eyes’, which looks stylish and unusual.
