Overview
The owner of a Mazda 6 came to us with a problem of fogging headlights. From the outside, the car looked perfect, with no damage to the bonnet, wings or bumper. However, during the diagnostics, our specialists found damage invisible to the naked eye: a crack in the headlight housing at the point of attachment to the body.

The cause could have been a minor accident or damage during operation in a large city. The owner purchased the car new from a dealership, so this discovery came as an unpleasant surprise.

To fix the problem, we performed a full range of work:
- removed the front bumper;
- dried the headlight;
- restored the housing’s airtightness;
- checked the drainage channels;
- reassembled the unit and installed the headlight in place.
