Overview
Installation of bi-xenon lenses in the headlights of the KIA Cerato Koup, complete reworking of the car’s electronics. The previous owner of the car had installed xenon lamps in the reflector of the car’s low beam, high beam and fog lights. Xenon lamps must never be installed in reflector headlights! Xenon lamps in reflector headlights blind oncoming traffic, thus creating discomfort for oncoming traffic and can lead to an accident.
Our team has completely redesigned car headlights to provide high-quality and safe light for both the car owner and oncoming drivers.

The appearance of the headlights before the installation of the bi-xenon headlights. We agreed with the owner of the car to install Galaxy Q5 Quoris 3.0 inch bi-xenon headlights for D2S Osram lamp and 55w Fast Bright ignition units. Lens masks were installed with ‘angel eyes’ for additional DCE.

We adjusted the light and shadow boundaries and fixed the bi-lenses in the headlight reflector.

The work on installing bi-xenon lenses was completed, and the headlights were sanded and polished. The headlights were wrapped in polyurethane film and installed on the car. The new owner of the car pointed out another problem: the sound on the car stereo was lost when the reverse gear was engaged. Our auto electrician examined the entire system and found the problem. There were xenon bulbs in the reversing lights, which were simply filled with glue. We removed this ‘professional tuning’, restored the wiring that was melted by the xenon bulbs and the problem with the sound was solved!

Comparative photos of the car's light BEFORE and AFTER the bi-xenon lenses were installed. Now, even through the tinted windscreen, the car's light allows you to drive comfortably and safely.
