Lighting problem in Honda Civic
A Honda Civic Type-S with halogen headlights that were barely providing any light came to our service centre.
The owner had to strain his eyes constantly during night-time driving — the lighting was poor, which affected safety.

The headlights had minor external defects, but the main problem was the light beam: there was almost no illumination of the road surface. Halogen lamps were no longer up to the task.

Solution: upgrade of halogen optics
It was decided to install 3.0-inch bi-xenon lenses with Osram D2S bulbs, as well as polish the headlight lenses and protect them with SunTek polyurethane film. This film provides reliable protection against UV rays, minor scratches and sand in all seasons.

Light adjustment on the test bench
After installing the lenses, our specialists performed precise adjustment of the light-shadow boundary on the adjustment bench to ensure clear and safe road lighting.

Result: a new level of lighting
After all the work was completed, the Honda Civic had a new level of lighting. The low beam is now clear, powerful and safe.
