Overview
A chic, expensive car Mercedes-Benz GL550, but unfortunately, like all other cars, it is not immune to headlight fogging. According to the owner, he bought the car just a few days ago, and condensation inside the headlight appeared after washing the car.

Having inspected the headlight, we found some things that simply do not exist and will never exist from the factory! Some craftsmen have already tried to ‘seal the headlights’. The problem is that the repair of headlight sealing is carried out in a completely different way, and not the way they did it, with ordinary silicone smeared around the headlight. The condensation inside the headlight is not so big, because the owner immediately came to our service on the recommendations, realising the consequences of neglecting this problem.

We removed the headlight from the car, completely removed the silicone that was around the circumference of the headlight. The headlight of the car was disassembled, the glass was washed, the chrome parts were washed and dried, as well as the headlight unit. The ignition unit was checked for oxidation, it was not found! The factory sealant was removed from the headlamp unit gutter and a new sealant was applied, which is working well. The headlight fogging repair was completed. The headlamp is assembled and installed on the car.
