Diagnostics and search for the cause of the malfunction

Car Light Design received a Mercedes-Benz W212 rear light, whose lighting system is based on LEDs. One of the diode strips stopped working, causing some of the brake light functionality to be lost. The owner was faced with a choice: buy a new light or repair the faulty diode section.
Restoring the LEDs

Our specialists carried out diagnostics and identified the faulty components, then replaced the burnt-out diode line with new working components. After the repair, all brake light functions were fully restored.

Final assembly and testing

After the repair was completed, the headlight was assembled with a new sealed seam, and a check was carried out to ensure that it was airtight and there were no prerequisites for fogging.
