When Tesla fog light repair is needed

When importing a Tesla Model S from abroad, hidden defects often only become apparent later. This fog light had no visible external damage, but the glass was scratched and the internal component was loose. Such defects impair the seal, cause condensation and uneven light output. It is in such cases that Tesla Model S headlight repair is necessary.
Disassembly and diagnosis of Tesla Model S fog lights

Our technicians began work on restoring the Tesla fog light. They removed the light from the car, unpacked the housing, removed the glass and modules, and identified the location of the loose fastening. They thoroughly cleaned the surfaces and prepared them for further work.
Restoration of the internal part and sealing

The loose part was put back in place using a precise fastener. Then the housing was assembled and new sealant was applied between the housing and the glass. The Tesla optics were successfully sealed. After drying, we performed a leak test to ensure that there was no internal moisture.
Glass polishing and finishing work

When the sealant had cooled, the glass was gently polished to smooth out scratches and increase transparency. After successfully repairing the Tesla fog light, we checked it for fogging and returned it to the car.
