Overview
Over the years of car use, headlights have been subjected to physical and chemical impact of the environment. Everyone knows that car headlights from the factory are covered with a protective lacquer layer, but this protective layer is so thin that with each hit of a pebble or sandblast on the headlights, the protective layer disappears. Over time, the protective lacquer starts to become cloudy and yellow, thus preventing the passage of light flow on the roadway. This is unsafe in the dark! In addition, the appearance of the car is spoilt. Clean and transparent headlights are more pleasant to look at, don't you agree?

On this car Mazda 6 was performed a complete cycle of headlight grinding, which allowed to remove all scratches, small and deep chips, as well as the factory protective layer of varnish, which has already become cloudy and yellow.

After grinding works, a full cycle of headlight polishing was performed to transform the headlights into a glossy, transparent look.

To avoid repeated chipping and scratches on the car optics in the future, polyurethane film was applied. The film has a property of self-levelling when heated, whether it is headlights on or the sun. Mazda 6 received beautiful and clean optics, protected from physical and chemical influences!
