Headlight condition before modernisation
The Kia Rio has factory halogen optics, which still looked good visually, but the headlights no longer provided normal visibility on the road at night. Replacing the bulbs did not help — the light output remained weak due to the loss of reflector functionality.

Xenon module installation
Car Light Design specialists disassembled the headlights and integrated new bi-xenon lenses. After checking the tightness of the optics, the restored headlights were covered with SunTek protective polyurethane film, which will preserve the transparency of the glass and protect it from scratches and UV radiation.

Light adjustment on the test bench
The final stage is the precise adjustment of the light-shadow boundary on a special test bench, which guarantees comfortable and safe driving at night.

Final result
After the upgrade, the Kia Rio's lights have changed dramatically — instead of dim halogen, there is now a powerful and focused xenon beam that illuminates the road and makes driving safe even in unlit areas.
