Overview
As a rule, Japanese cars have poor light. Even with the presence of a renowned optics manufacturer for the Japanese automotive industry and factory-installed lenses in the car’s headlights, there is no light on the roadway for some reason.

This car was fitted with 2.5-inch xenon mono lenses for the D2S lamp from the factory, and the owner of the car was not comfortable driving in the dark. Our team suggested replacing the factory lenses with Galaxy Q5 3.0 inch bi-xenon lenses . Bi-xenon lenses are the functionality of low beam and high beam in one lens. At the factory, there are 2 high beams, after replacing the standard lenses, there are 4 high beams, while the appearance of the headlight has not been changed, the functionality of the computer works properly and without errors! But the efficiency of the luminous flux on the roadway has increased significantly!

Galaxy Q5 3.0-inch bi-xenon lenses were installed in the car's headlights under the D2S lamp, the same lamp base that was supplied from the factory. Replacing the stock lenses allowed not only to increase the lens inch, but also to add additional high beam due to the bi-lens. The size of the lens allows you to get the maximum amount of light flux on the roadway. New original Philips D2S lamps were installed on the cars. The same lamps were used for the new bi-lenses.

The disassembled headlight shows clear, clean light passing through the new lens. The horizon of the lenses was adjusted and then fixed in its original place. Additionally, the car's headlights were grinded and polished, followed by gluing the headlights with polyurethane film. We also installed Philips w5w LEDs in the dimensions to match the headlight temperature and dimensions.
