Overview
The owner of an Audi A6 C7, one of whose headlights was most damaged, contacted our service. The car is fairly new, as of 2017, but this model has a problem from the manufacturer.

The bonnet of the car fits very tightly to the headlight glass, so every bump causes friction and impact on the glass, resulting in cracks. After washing or rain, condensation collects in the headlight, and then the most unpleasant thing happens — the bulbs and headlight ignition units burn out.

We removed the headlight from the car and disassembled it. All elements of the headlight unit were dried, and the glass was washed of dirt and water stains. The headlight glass was repaired, the crack was sealed and filled with a special adhesive compound. The headlight was reassembled and adjusted, installed on the car and covered with polyurethane film.
