Overview
Over the years of car operation, the glass becomes cloudy and accumulates xenon deposits inside. The lenses have the same deposits, but it is not always necessary to replace the lenses; it is enough to simply perform a set of services for cleaning car optics to achieve good light. A clear example of this is the BMW e46.

The car headlights were removed from the body and completely disassembled. The headlight glass was washed to remove xenon deposits, the light module was cleaned of lamp soot, and the lens glass was cleaned. We also repaired the headlight mounts and restored the headlight block drainage system. The lamps were replaced with new original D2S Osram lamps. The car headlights were reassembled to their factory appearance and installed on the car body.

Before/After
Before installing the headlights on the car, they were sanded and polished, and covered with polyurethane film for further protection against sand, stones and chemicals.
