Mazda 6 — автомобіль перед ремонтом оптики

Overview

The owner of a Mazda 6 contacted us after oncoming drivers began flashing their headlights frequently — even when the low beams were on. He then decided to replace the stock bulbs with LEDs. However, the new bulbs did not fit, and when he tried to install one of them, the module mount broke.
We diagnosed the entire headlight with the standard lamps. A stationary stand showed an excessive tilt angle — this was the cause of the glare, not poor-quality lamps.
Instead of buying a new module, we used a donor ‘apple’. The module was assembled and adjusted. The light no longer blinds oncoming cars.
The headlight was reassembled and installed on the car. The light was adjusted on a test bench for automotive optics.
Even a simple replacement of lamps can cause damage if the lamps do not match the headlight design. Do not trust catalogues alone — it is better to consult specialists.
