Why the headlights lost their light

The owner of a Fiat Punto contacted our service with a complaint about weak headlights. The factory-installed halogen module with a lens had long since exhausted its service life: the reflector was burnt out and the light beam was scattered, not illuminating the road ahead.
Choosing a new solution

There were two options: install a new halogen module or switch to modern bi-xenon. The owner chose the second option — 3.0-inch lenses with xenon lamps that provide a clear light-shadow boundary and powerful light output.
Removing the old equipment and installing the new equipment

The service technicians removed the optics, disassembled the headlights and replaced the outdated halogen module with a 3.0 bi-xenon module. After assembly and installation on the car, they connected the ignition units and then performed precise light adjustment on the adjustment stand.

After the upgrade, the headlights got a new modern look, and the light became bright, even and without blinding oncoming traffic.
