Initial condition of the optics
The owner of a Toyota Rav4 contacted us after an unsuccessful light upgrade, when xenon lamps with ignition blocks were simply inserted into the standard halogen modules. The result was weak and chaotic light that did not meet expectations. In addition, the headlights had cloudy and scratched glass that needed polishing.

Replacement of modules and restoration of headlights
After disassembling the optics, we removed the worn halogen lenses that had been damaged by the xenon lamps.

In their place, we installed new 3.0-inch bi-xenon lenses for H1 bulbs. After installation, the headlights were assembled with a new sealed seam, the lenses were polished and covered with SunTek protective polyurethane film.

Light adjustment and final result
At the final stage, the headlights underwent precise adjustment on an adjustment stand. Now the light evenly illuminates the road without dazzling oncoming traffic, and the driver enjoys comfort and safety during night-time journeys.
