Problem with optics

The owner of a BMW E36 contacted us with a complaint about weak headlight beams. The old lenses were no longer functioning properly — the road was almost invisible, and driving at night had become dangerous.
Headlight upgrade plan
It was decided to completely replace the lenses with new 3.0-inch modules.

At the customer’s request, we additionally installed angel eyes, which are a signature feature of BMW style.

Car Light Design specialists performed the following:
- Complete disassembly of headlights
- Replacement of lenses with new modules
- Installation of angel eyes
- Installation of new H1 bulbs
- Commutation of ignition blocks
Result
After assembly, the headlight was installed on the car and the light beam was precisely adjusted on an adjustment stand.
Before/after comparison

After replacing the lenses, the light became bright, focused and fully compliant with the requirements for safe night driving. The difference is obvious.
