Weak halogen light on BMW e90
A BMW 3-Series e90 arrived at our workshop with a problem: the factory halogen headlights barely illuminated the road. Replacing the bulbs did not help. The owner decided to have xenon lights professionally installed to get bright light, a clear light-shadow boundary and improved night visibility.

Diagnostics and equipment selection
We projected the light onto an adjustment screen. A scattered beam and uneven illumination were observed. To achieve maximum results, we selected:
- 3.0-inch bi-xenon lenses
- H1 base
- Fast Bright 55W ignition units
This solution allows you to increase the lighting range and ensure a stable light beam without dazzling oncoming traffic.

The process of installing BMW e90 bi-xenon lenses
After removing the bumper, we carefully unpacked the headlights along the factory seam. We installed 3.0-inch xenon lenses, integrated the ignition units and sealed them with heat-resistant sealant. The optics were tested for leaks and connected to the car's standard electrical system.

Light adjustment on a professional stand
After installation, the headlights were mounted on the car and adjusted on a stand in accordance with DSTU and ECE standards:
- The correct horizontal limit was set
- Glare in the oncoming lane was eliminated
- Optimised low and high beams

Before/after comparison
Before modernisation — a dim, blurred beam that barely illuminates the road. After installing the lenses — powerful light with clear light and shadow, improved visibility of the roadside and road signs.
