The cause of fogging — microcracks in the glass

The owner of a Mercedes-Benz w212 contacted our service with complaints about fogging headlights. After a thorough diagnosis, we found microcracks through which moisture and dust were entering the headlight. Partial gluing did not solve the problem — a complete replacement of the glass was required.
New glass — new life for the optics

Car Light Design specialists disassembled the headlights, cleaned the internal elements and installed new glass.
After hermetic assembly, the optics returned to their factory appearance — transparent, protected and ready for use in any weather.
