Headlight condition before repair
The owner of a Subaru Legacy immediately contacted the service centre when he noticed condensation in one of the headlights. He understood the risks — failure of the xenon ignition unit, corrosion on the connectors, reduced light output and expensive repairs in the future.

Sealing and restoration
The headlight was removed for diagnosis. After identifying the cause of the fogging, the optics were disassembled, all internal elements were dried and cleaned of moisture and dust. Then the headlight was reassembled with a new sealed seam, which guarantees protection against condensation reformation.

Polishing and final result
After eliminating the cause of fogging, the headlight was restored and installed on the car. Additionally, the glass was polished to improve light transmission and aesthetics. Now the Subaru Legacy optics look clear again and work reliably.
