Overview
The problem with this car is the clouding of the protective lacquer layer on the headlight glass. Over the years of operation, the glass turns yellow and loses its transparency. While the outer glass can still be restored without disassembling the headlight, the inner part can only be restored through complete preventive maintenance.

A complete headlight maintenance was performed on a Honda Accord 8, which included:
- Disassembly and reassembly of headlights
- Cleaning the inside of the glass
- Cleaning the lens reflector and the lens itself
- Washing and drying the headlight unit and decorative elements
During disassembly, a burn was found on the inner layer of the lens varnish. Such damage can only be repaired by internal polishing.
The headlight glass was polished on the inside. After reassembly, the headlights underwent a full cycle of grinding and polishing on the outside.
