Condition of headlights before restoration
Car Light Design received headlights from a Honda Accord 7 that were in extremely poor condition — scratches, darkening, scuffs and damaged glass.

Step-by-step restoration of optics
After diagnostics, the specialists determined the scope of work and the list of parts to be replaced. They started with a complete disassembly of both headlights and cleaning of the internal elements: decor, reflectors, light modules, contacts, etc.

Glass replacement and polishing
Since one of the lenses needed to be replaced, the managers quickly agreed with the owner to purchase a new lens. The second glass was restored by grinding and polishing both sides to factory transparency parameters. Finally, the headlights were reassembled and the exterior was treated with SunTek protective film to protect the surface from further damage.

Result
After all stages of restoration, the Honda Accord 7 headlights were given a new lease of life, both externally and technically. The owner received high-quality light, safe visibility and a neat appearance for their car.
