Overview
Initially, the owner of this car wanted to seal the headlights. But he also understood that the lenses of his iron horse were no longer working at 100%. When dismantling the car, the owner asked to diagnose the factory lenses and, if necessary, replace the factory lenses in the car headlights.

When the headlights were disassembled, the car's lenses were carefully diagnosed for damage to the lens reflector. To get the most out of the light on the road, the factory lenses in the car's headlights needed to be replaced.

We replaced the standard lenses with Galaxy Q5 3.0 inch bi-xenon lenses. The bi-xenon lenses installed in the car headlights are 2.5 times more efficient than the factory mono lenses. The installed bi-xenon lenses provide not only effective low beam, but also additional high beam on the road surface. At the time of installation, we found some issues with the headlight seals, and the headlight glass was broken. Probably from a minor accident or some kind of impact to the headlight. The headlight glass was soldered, treated with a special chemical adhesive, and cleaned of dirt. The car headlights underwent a full cycle of grinding and polishing, followed by covering with polyurethane film to protect against stones, sand and chemicals found on the road.

Before/After
The car owner recently replaced the D2S Orsam bulbs, leaving the same bulbs in place. The difference in the car's lighting can be seen in the photos.
