Overview
The owner of the car contacted our team to get good light on the roadway and minimal headlight tuning. When the car arrived at our service, the biggest surprise for us was the car's glass. The front part of the glass was scratched in a circular motion, and it was hard to tell why in only one place. After disassembling the headlights, everything fell into place. The factory coating inside the glass was covered with a crust, which had already crumbled. The inside of the glass needs to be sanded and polished, just like the outside of the glass. If you do not remove the cork varnish inside the glass, the light flux will not be as efficient as possible on the roadway, and the appearance of the headlight leaves much to be desired!

Galaxy Q5 Quoris 3.0-inch bi-xenon lenses were installed in the car's headlights under the D2S lamp with 55wignition units. Original Philips D2S 4.300K lamps and 55w Fast Bright Prime ignition units were installed.

The hoods were chosen with the ‘angel eyes’ function, and additionally, a DRL LED strip with the Lexus-style running turn signal function was installed. The car owner did not expect such a result from the headlight restoration. After a full cycle of grinding and polishing the headlights, they were covered with polyurethane film.
