Overview
The owner of a Volkswagen Multivan T5 contacted the service with a problem of poor road lighting. After diagnostics, our specialists selected the optimal set of bi-xenon lenses.

The optics were in extremely poor condition before our craftsmen intervened: the headlight glass was deeply scratched and cloudy, and the light output was weak. According to the factory specifications, these optics should have had a reflector for an H7 bulb, but someone had already tried to modernise them. Halogen lenses for H7 bulbs were installed in the headlights and secured with sealant. This damaged the reflector, which was cut and deformed. Our specialists restored the car's headlights and professionally installed new bi-xenon lenses.

The specialists installed bi-xenon lenses and restored the decorative elements. The headlight covers were repainted in matte black, which gave the headlights a stylish look and concealed the loss of chrome.

Before installation, the light was dim and scattered. After installation, there was a clear light-shadow boundary and a powerful, directional beam of light.

After installation, the headlights were adjusted on a laser-optical stand in accordance with DSTU and ECE standards. Additionally, we polished and covered them with a protective polyurethane film.
