Overview
This car came to our service with a problem of a leaking headlight. At the time of delivery of the car for repair, the car owner specified that the car was purchased recently and the previous owner slightly damaged the car bumper.

After removing the bumper and headlight, damage from a previous accident was discovered. The headlight unit was broken and the headlight glass was also cracked. The problem was that these cracks were allowing moisture to enter the headlight unit. Unfortunately, with this type of damage, the headlight had to be disassembled.

The car headlight was completely disassembled, dried and cleaned. The factory sealant was removed from the headlight block groove and new sealant was applied. The headlight block was completely soldered and the cracks were reinforced. The glass was soldered and filled with a special chemical adhesive solution to secure the integrity of the seam. The headlight was reassembled to its original appearance and installed on the car.
