Overview

The new owner of this car did not know that there was a problem with the headlight. After washing the car, the headlight fogged up and a large amount of water accumulated inside the unit. Such symptoms must be eliminated immediately, otherwise the ignition unit inside the headlight unit will simply fail.
The car headlight was completely disassembled, and the old sealant was removed from the headlight block channel. The headlight block was dried, and the reflector and lens module were cleaned. The ignition block contact group was also cleaned of oxidation. The headlight housing block was repaired, the fasteners were soldered, and the headlight block was soldered.
The inside of the glass was polished. This was because the lacquer inside the glass was damaged by a large amount of water. A set of headlight grinding and polishing services was also performed. After the work was completed, the headlights were covered with polyurethane film for further protection of the car's optics.
