Another car for our collection! This car came to us for service with a problem of poor lighting. After discussing all the pros and cons with the owner, we chose a Galaxy Q5 3.0-inch bi-xenon lens installation kit for Philips D2S lamps with 55w ignition units.

The car's headlights had already been opened before it came to our service centre. According to the car owner, attempts had been made to restore the car's lenses. When our technicians disassembled the headlights and removed the factory lens, we were surprised by the approach taken by the previous technicians to restore the car lenses. An incomprehensible film had been applied to the inside of the lens reflector. Our service was shocked by such a ‘car light restoration’.

Before/After
Our technicians set about restoring the lenses. We installed our set of bi-xenon lenses in the headlights, cleaned the chrome and washed the headlight glass. The old sealant was completely removed and new sealant was applied. The headlights were reassembled and installed on the car. The optics were adjusted and the lights were aligned.
