Overview

This car had global problems with the light on the roadway. The car’s headlights were incredibly cloudy, yellow and sand-cut, with deep chips. The owner of the car complained about the light in the dark, after inspecting the car and finding at least some hint of light, our team was surprised! We have never seen such a lack of light before!

We would like to present to you a project to restore the car lights on Toyota Camry 40.
This is what the car's headlights looked like before our intervention. It was decided to carry out global work on the restoration and modernisation of Toyota Camry headlights.
The installation kit included Galaxy Q5 3.0-inch bi-xenon lenses, original Philips D2S 4,300K bulbs and 55w Fast Bright ignition units. Additionally, a DRL LED strip with a running turn signal function was installed, and the headlight reflectors were completely painted in matte black. The next stage of the car's headlight restoration was the grinding and polishing of the headlights. After the headlight glass was restored, it was covered with a polyurethane film for protection. This is how the car looks with new restored and modernised headlights!
Yes, this is the light before and after replacing the lenses on the car. You may think that the photo was taken with the optics switched off, but no! This is really the light of the car at the time of arrival to us!
But after replacing the factory lenses with bi-xenon lenses with a complete headlight restoration, the light of the Toyota Camry 40 became like this! Demonstration of low and high beam in the dark, in street conditions.

The car's factory light with halogen lenses had long ceased to work in the dark. The factory lens was replaced with Galaxy Q5 bi-xenon lenses under a Philips D2S lamp with 55w ignition units. Additionally, a DRL LED strip with a running turn signal was installed. Also, the headlight reflector is painted in a matte black colour for a complete organic look.
