Overview
Japanese car that suffers from the disease of headlight fogging. This problem is unfortunately present in each of the cars. But if in time to address to experts - misting headlights is not a problem. This car came to us in such a sad state. According to the owner, the headlights have been sweating for more than a year! He told us that he had contacted people who promised to help, but in the end the problem remained.

At the moment of opening the bonnet our team was shocked! The seams of the headlight block and glass were simply filled with transparent silicone!
After removing the headlights from the car, we made an autopsy, separated the headlight blocks from the glass, selected all the silicone with which the headlight was poured. By the presence of broken mask fasteners and broken sides of the headlight block, it was clear that the headlights were dismantled before us. But what else surprised our team was the complete absence of any factory sealant in the seams of the headlight blocks!
After complete disassembly of the headlights we cleaned the glass inside, cleaned the chrome parts of the headlights, and dried them completely. We put a new factory sealant in the seam of the headlight block and assembled the headlights.
The next step was to restore the transparency of the headlight glass. Rough grinding of headlights allowed to remove all scratches, chips, cracks from temperature fluctuations and turbidity with yellowing of glasses. The headlight polishing stage allowed the headlights to be transformed into a fresh, new, glossy new look!
