Overview
The owner of a BMW X5 e53 turned to our service with such a problem. According to the owner, the car’s headlights had already been disassembled for the purpose of re-gluing the headlight glass. Allegedly, the original glass became cloudy, yellow and could not be polished. The service, which was unable to perform the correct grinding and polishing cycle, offered to buy used glass from them and the problem with cloudy headlight glasses would be solved.

After replacing the headlight glasses, the car owner had to return to the same service because the optics were still sweating. Eliminating headlight fogging is a delicate matter, but as long as it was hot outside, the car's headlights held up. Then they started to sweat again.

So the car came to our Car Light Design service. The car headlights were completely disassembled, dried and cleaned of dirt and foreign elements.
