Overview
A common problem with car headlights is fogging of the optics. Previously, this car was disassembled to paint the headlight reflectors black. Unfortunately, not everyone knows the golden rules for assembling car headlights. The result of this ignorance is a fogged car headlight.

A Toyota Avensis arrived at our service centre in this condition. After removing the headlight from the car body, the headlight was completely disassembled. The headlight unit was dried, washed and cleaned of dirt. The headlight glass was washed to remove streaks and dirt that had accumulated on it. The old sealant was removed and new sealant was applied to the headlight unit groove. The car headlights were reassembled to their original factory condition and installed on the car body.
