Overview
This car had damaged headlight glass, which caused fogging. The official service centre was unable to help the owner solve this problem. The car owner also contacted us with another problem in addition to the fogging headlights. The problem was that the car’s lights only worked on one headlight.

After disassembling the car, we found mechanical damage to the wiring. The owner said that he had previously visited an official service centre, but they could not find the reason why the lights were not working. It is very surprising, of course, that the service centre was unable to solve the customer's problem. We were interested in working on this car. The headlights needed repair, with the right headlight and part of the left headlight clearly fogged up. The cause of the headlight malfunction was damaged wiring. Apparently, someone had tried to cut something, but nothing worked, so they simply rewired the headlight power unit.

Our technicians completely disassembled the car's headlights and dried, cleaned and repaired the cracks in the glass and the headlight unit. The auto electrician restored the damaged wiring to its original factory condition. We also replaced the factory KOITO bulbs with original Osram D2S bulbs. After the headlight power restoration repair, the factory units started working perfectly! The tightness of the headlight units and the car glass was also completely restored.

Before/After
Comparative photos of the light output before and after replacing the bulbs. Replacing the bulbs made it possible to get a clear and bright light-shadow boundary on the road surface. This will allow you to drive comfortably and safely at night.
