Poor headlight performance and dissatisfaction with driving in the dark
A Volkswagen Passat B6 with standard halogen headlights that no longer satisfied the owner came to the service centre. Poor visibility and eye fatigue were the main reasons for contacting Car Light Design specialists.

Switch to bi-lenses and visual update
It was decided to replace the lenses with xenon modules and paint the chrome headlight mask in matt black. This added depth and a modern look to the optics. After assembly, the headlights were polished and then covered with a SunTek protective film. This provides long-lasting protection for the glass against scratches, UV rays and chemicals. The final stage was programming the headlights to ensure the updated optics worked correctly.

The car was taken to a professional stand for headlight adjustment. After adjustment, the light became clear, bright and safe for night driving.
