The owner of an Opel Vectra C contacted our service after noticing condensation in one of the headlights. He provided both headlights for a thorough inspection of the optics. And that was the right decision.

The cause of fogging — old sealant
During diagnostics, we found that one headlight was completely sealed, while the other had dried sealant at the junction of the glass and the housing. This is what caused the moisture to accumulate.

Moisture removed, tightness restored
Our specialists disassembled the problematic headlight, cleaned the internal components, removed the condensation and reassembled the headlight using new high-quality sealant.
