Glass damage and replacement required
A BMW X6 e71 headlight with serious glass damage was brought to our Car Light Design service centre. The crack was located in the visible part of the headlight, so no cosmetic restoration methods could restore its original appearance and functionality. In this case, the only correct solution was to completely replace the glass.

Headlight glass replacement process
The owner agreed to the replacement, and our service provided the necessary new glass. The technicians disassembled the headlight and performed preventive cleaning of the internal optical elements from dust and dirt.

After that, new glass was installed and the headlight was resealed. The car's optics look neat again and are ready for use.
