Condition of optics before modernisation

The Toyota Prado 120 headlights still looked good on the outside, but the light provided almost no visibility of the road, even in the city, let alone on suburban roads. The reason was the loss of reflectivity of the halogen reflectors.
Installation of bi-xenon lenses

Car Light Design specialists disassembled the optics and installed new 3.0-inch bi-xenon modules. All internal elements were cleaned, after which the headlights were reassembled and checked for leaks. The final stage was polishing the glass and applying SunTek protective film.
Precise light adjustment

After installation, the car was taken to the adjustment stand. Here, specialists set the parameters of the light-shadow boundary and adjusted the direction of the light flux so that the driver would have comfortable and safe road lighting.
Final result

After the upgrade, the Toyota Prado 120 headlights began to shine with a powerful, focused xenon beam. Now the owner can confidently drive even on unlit roads without feeling discomfort from dim lighting.
