Volkswagen Touareg headlights became dusty after off-road use
Volkswagen Touareg arrived at our car lighting service in Kyiv after active use on dirt roads. The internal elements of the headlights were covered with a layer of dust that had penetrated through the depressurised areas. Road visibility was significantly reduced, and the headlight glass lost its transparency.

Disassembly and preparation for internal cleaning
Our specialists carefully dismantled the headlights from the car to avoid damaging the body and mountings. After preliminary diagnostics, it was decided to perform a complete disassembly for deep cleaning of all components: lenses, reflectors, body and ventilation channels.

The process of internal cleaning of Touareg headlights
The headlights were cleaned using specialised products that safely remove dust without damaging the reflective coating. After cleaning, all elements were dried and installed with a new sealed seam to prevent future dust and moisture penetration.

Polishing and protection of headlight glass
The headlight glass had minor scratches that impaired light transmission. Grinding and polishing were performed, after which the surface was covered with a protective SunTek polyurethane film that protects against stones, UV rays and premature ageing of the optics.

The result of restoring Volkswagen Touareg headlights
After the procedure, the headlights completely regained their transparency and light output. The optics look like new again, and the new sealed seam provides protection against dust and moisture during further operation on the roads of Kyiv and Ukraine.
