Reason for contacting us: weak halogen light on Toyota Prado 120
The owner of a Toyota Prado 120 had a problem: the standard halogen optics stopped illuminating the road at night. Despite replacing the bulbs and attempting to adjust them, the light remained dim. The headlights looked fine, but did not perform their function.

Upgrading from halogen to xenon
The only effective way to improve the light without buying new headlights was to install 3.0-inch bi-lenses. This solution allows you to keep the original optics, increase brightness and get a clear light-shadow boundary, as in modern premium cars.
To do this, we:
- Removed the bumper
- Unpacked the headlights along the factory seam
- Installed 3.0-inch xenon bi-lenses
- Sealed them with a heat-resistant compound

Adjusting the light on the stand
After installation, the headlights were mounted on the car and connected to the electrical system. The next step was to precisely adjust the light on a special stand. This ensures the correct distribution of the light beam, eliminates glare from oncoming traffic and provides maximum visibility for the driver.

Comparison of light before and after installation
Before the upgrade, the halogen headlights emitted a weak, scattered light that did not illuminate the roadside and road signs. After installing the bi-lenses, a powerful, focused light beam with a clear light-shadow boundary appeared, which significantly improved traffic safety.
