A common cosmetic procedure for car headlights. Many people know that car headlights have a factory layer of protective varnish that suffers over the years. Chips, scratches, and cloudiness of the varnish form on it, so the light flux is scattered incorrectly in relation to the perfectly transparent glass.
The car has driven more than 220 thousand kilometres and, in principle, the optics are still in decent condition, but there are still defects over the years. Small scratches, chips, and the initial stage of cloudiness of the protective varnish layer.
We carried out grinding and polishing of the car's headlights, the grinding resulted in the removal of chips and deep scratches, and polishing brought the car's headlights to a glossy look!
Unfortunately, the client refused to apply the headlight film, explaining that he wanted to sell the car quickly. We strongly recommend protecting headlights with polyurethane film to avoid further defects from stones, sand, or chemicals in car washes.
