Overview
A slight impact on the car bumper caused problems with the tightness of the car headlights. The headlight block mountings to the car body were broken. The headlight block seam was leaking through a tear in the sealant.

The car headlight was removed from the car body and dismantled.
-
The headlight unit was cleaned, the headlight glass was washed, and the angel eye bulb was replaced. The factory sealant was cleaned and removed from the headlight unit channel, new sealant was applied, and the car headlight was reassembled to its original appearance. The fasteners were completely soldered, and the fasteners were reinforced for reliability.
