And again, Passat B6 is in our service. Don’t think, everything is fine after the first installation of the LED strip! It’s just that now our client wants to see something in the dark. We’d like to remind you that the first time our team installed the DRL LED strip with a running turn signal function. We strongly recommended upgrading the car’s light, but at that time the owner refused to improve the car’s light. Of course, it was time for an improvement, the day is getting shorter, it gets dark earlier, and there is no light.

The car was originally equipped with halogen mono lenses for the H7 bulb. As we know, halogen lamps are not able to cope with the quality of light on the roadway. Oncoming cars simply consumed all the light from the Passat B6 halogen lens. Bi-xenon lenses were installed in the car's headlights. Replacing the factory lenses with Galaxy Q5 bi-lenses for the Philips D2S lamp with 55w Fast Bright ignition units. After replacing the factory lenses, the car headlights went through a full cycle of grinding and polishing. All chips and scratches were completely removed, and after polishing, the headlight glasses had a transparent, glossy appearance. To avoid any more such moments with the headlight glass, the car was covered with polyurethane film. Now this car pleases not only its owner with high-quality light, but also the entire Car Light Design team. At first, we really wanted to install bi-xenon lenses in this car, but then the car owner was not sure that he needed it.

The result is the replacement of the factory lenses with Galaxy Q5 bi-xenon lenses.
