Initial condition of the optics

Our service received the remains of Audi A4 B8 restyling headlights, which after an accident could only be described as ‘fragments’. The housings were cracked, the glass was completely broken, and there were large holes in the mounting areas of the housing.
Reassembly of internal components

Specialists carefully removed all intact internal modules from the old housings, cleaned them of debris and prepared them for installation in new housings.
New optics for the Audi A4

Next, the optics were assembled using new housings and glass. The internal elements were integrated into the updated housing, and the previously broken headlights took on a completely new look.
Final result

After all the restoration work was completed, the Audi A4 B8 headlights looked like new again. The owner saved a significant amount of money compared to buying used optics or ordering new headlights from a dealer.
